AE Explorer workflow was stabilized and merged; safetyCharts expansion started.

Completed

• Iterated on PR #12 until the workflow approach was compatible with workr.
• Removed unnecessary manifest handling and converged on direct workflow YAML examples.
• Added example data support and moved toward reusable renderer/data helper naming.
• Merged PR #12 after review.
• Started the next PR to add workflows/examples for remaining safetyCharts widgets.
• Added non-blocking GitHub Actions monitoring as a required workflow after pushes.
• Added nightly cleanup for stale monitoring agents and stray subprocesses.
