Workflow update (July 2026): this portfolio is now developed in interactive Claude Code sessions using the gsm.agent conventions and the requirement lifecycle adopted in #51. Nightly briefings stopped June 12; the diary continues through Requirement issues, PR evidence, and Chapter 10 of the framework report.
