Workflow update (July 2026): this portfolio is now developed in interactive Claude Code sessions using the gsm.agent conventions and the requirement lifecycle adopted in #51. Nightly briefings stopped June 12; the diary continues through Requirement issues, PR evidence, and Chapter 10 of the framework report.

Thursday hardened autonomous-work instructions around Development queue freshness, rechecked the public human-decision queue, and kept private ideas/config ToDos out of the Hub briefing.

Wednesday tightened autonomy queue hygiene: the Development block refused stale P008 work, issue #32 moved to ready-review, and public ToDos stayed separated from private OpenClaw/config decisions.

Tuesday consolidated the Hub after the Paperclip/P009 push: report navigation was cleaned up, gsm.safety planning issues gained agent analysis, and public human-decision ToDos stayed stable.

Monday moved autonomy from runner proof into guarded Paperclip production planning: P008 completed local PM/Dev pilots, P009 contracts became reusable evidence, and Chapter 9 now targets OpenClaw-to-Paperclip migration.
