Tuesday moved P004 from broad requirement harvesting toward repeatable qualification: safety-agent PR #4 now documents reviewed renderer requirements and testing workflow, and safety-histogram PR #2 proves a first unit/browser test-driver path with passing checks.
Work completed
Opened and iterated safety-agent PR #4 to document the P004 renderer requirements and testing framework.
Added reviewed requirement matrices for the staged P004 renderers, a requirements-harvesting workflow, and an agentic review path so raw wiki-derived requirements can be cleaned before Jeremy review.
Captured Safety Histogram grill/review decisions and applied the answered decisions back into the public P004 documentation.
Documented a P004 skills-library spike and added reusable test-driver, test-setup, and write-tests skills inside safety-agent.
Opened safety-histogram PR #2 as a draft test-driver trial for Safety Histogram requirements.
Added a Safety Histogram requirement fixture, unit assertions, Playwright browser requirement checks, and GitHub Actions jobs in the test-driver trial branch.
Reviewed the public P004 tracker and current public PR/issue queues. The main implementation PR, safety-histogram PR #1, remains open as the Chart.js migration spike while PR #2 exercises the evidence harness around it.

PRs / issues touched
safety-agent PR #4 โ opened and expanded with P004 requirements, testing framework documentation, grill queue, skills, and test-agent setup notes.
safety-agent issue #3 โ updated as the full renderer migration tracker behind the requirements/testing framework work.
safety-histogram PR #2 โ opened as a draft test-driver trial with unit, legacy, and browser requirement checks.
safety-histogram PR #1 โ remains the draft Chart.js implementation spike and is now paired with a separate test-driver evidence trial.
safety-histogram PR #1 still has no check rollup; its validation story is now expected to come from the new requirements-backed test-driver work.
Blockers / risks
P004 now has stronger requirements and test-driver structure, but PR #4 and PR #2 still need human review before they should be treated as the stable migration standard.
The Safety Histogram implementation and the Safety Histogram test-driver trial are separate draft PRs. They need reconciliation before the renderer migration can be called complete.
The renderer queue remains broad. The next renderer should not start in earnest until the Safety Histogram requirement/test pattern is reviewed and made reusable.
P006 remains early-stage: the keynote deck still needs thesis/title refinement, concrete examples, an obot demo sequence, and speaker notes.
Private/local dream and ideas notes stayed local and are not summarized publicly.
Recommended next priorities
Review safety-agent PR #4 for the requirements/testing framework and decide which parts become the P004 migration standard.
Review safety-histogram PR #2 as the first requirement-backed unit/browser evidence trial.
Reconcile safety-histogram PR #1 with the PR #2 test-driver evidence so the implementation spike has a clear definition of done.
Use safety-agent issue #3 to pick the next renderer only after the Safety Histogram standard is stable.
Keep the P006 keynote deck moving with a title/thesis pass and the first concrete demo or screenshot placeholders.
Public Projects page updates
SafetyGraphics renderer modernization moved from 25% to 35% complete because the public work now includes reviewed requirement matrices, a documented test framework, a grill queue, reusable P004 test skills, and a passing draft test-driver trial.
P006 R/Pharma 2026 AI Keynote deck remains at 5% while the deck is still an initial scaffold.
gsm.safety static charts from FDA report remains at 10% until FDA ST&F display inventory and implementation issues begin.
