Sunday shifted the autonomy roadmap from broad framework design into execution-first reliability work: the Hub reports now explain the recommendation, P009 proved a supervised Codex-native runner path, and P008 Paperclip stayed safely bounded behind local-only guardrails.

• Published the Paperclip v4 evaluation report and the chaptered autonomous-agent framework report, then added Chapters 6 and 7 with the final execution-first recommendation and implementation plan.
• Added obot handoff notes to Chapter 7 and the P009 runner scaffold task so the next implementation session had an issue-linked source of truth.
• Created the P008 Paperclip pilot structure: Project #30, Requirements #31/#32, and Tasks #33/#34/#35.
• Created the P009 execution-first structure: Project #36, Requirement #37, and Tasks #38/#39/#40, then added Task #43 for allowlisted OpenClaw/Telegram runner actions.
• Implemented and merged the supervised Codex runner scaffold in obot-claw.github.io PR #41.

• safety-agent PR #4 still has requested changes and needs Jeremy’s P004 requirements/testing-standard decision.
• gsm.safety PR #29 still has requested changes and needs a priority decision before it should interrupt P004/P008/P009 work.
• RPharma2026-AIKeynote PR #1 is open and currently conflicting; future deck work should resolve it inside the PR workflow.
