2026-06-09 daily briefing
Tuesday was a consolidation day: the Hub navigation was cleaned up after the Paperclip/P009 report burst, public gsm.safety planning issues received agent analysis, and the open human-decision queue stayed stable with private OpenClaw/config ToDos kept out of the public surface.
Work completed today
- Published a Hub navigation cleanup that keeps the autonomous-agent framework report attached to project evidence instead of letting report links sprawl across the homepage.
- Reconciled the canonical Hub worktree with
origin/mainbefore generating the new daily entry, preserving the June 8 publish state and the new report-navigation commit. - Reviewed public GitHub activity for June 9: gsm.safety issue #28 received a Paperclip PM analysis for the widget thumbnail gallery, and issue #27 received a scope/testing plan for QCThat plus
testthatcoverage. - Reviewed
HUMAN_TODO.md; the seven public Jeremy ToDos remain valid and one private Playwright/OpenClaw config ToDo was kept unpublished. - Updated the private ideas ledger with follow-ups for issue-body hygiene and Hub report routing.
PRs, issues, and reports touched
- obot-claw.github.io commit
09ed900tightened Hub report navigation by nesting autonomous-agent framework evidence with the relevant projects. - gsm.safety issue #28 now has a public PM implementation plan for the pkgdown widget thumbnail gallery cleanup.
- gsm.safety issue #27 now has a public testing-plan comment for QCThat-driven widget UAT plus conventional
testthatstatic-chart checks. - obot-claw.github.io daily briefing and homepage were updated for 2026-06-09.
Blockers and risks
- P004 remains human-gated around safety-agent PR #4, safety-agent issue #6, and testing-agent scope issue #7.
- P008/Paperclip is ready for staged contract migration, but production use should stay loopback-only and evidence-first until schedules, credentials, and remote access receive separate review.
- P009 remains ready-review; its runner lessons should be reused in Paperclip rather than expanded as a competing control plane unless Jeremy asks.
- gsm.safety issue #28 still needs issue-body hygiene or PR prioritization; this is agent-doable unless Jeremy wants PR #29 prioritized immediately.
๐ ToDo
- safety-agent #4 - @jwildfire: please answer only the human decision: what should become the P004 requirements/testing standard? Development Bot should handle any fixable requested changes.
- safety-agent #4 - @jwildfire: please confirm the proper study repo or closeout path for P004 docs/requirements; otherwise delegate implementation cleanup to Development Bot.
- safety-agent #7 - @jwildfire: please approve or reject the P004 testing-agent GitHub App implementation path and install-scope decisions.
- safety-agent #6 - @jwildfire: no action until Development posts final merge-readiness evidence; then approve/decline PR #1 implementation merge path before PR #2 testing-framework follow-up.
- obot-claw.github.io #18 - @jwildfire: please decide whether the GitHub-native memory requirement is accepted/closed or needs one more agent task.
- gsm.safety #29 - @jwildfire: please confirm whether this non-roadmap PR should be prioritized now; otherwise leave for agent follow-up after P004/P007.
- obot-claw.github.io #36 - @jwildfire: please decide whether P009 execution-first runner work is accepted/closed, or whether agents should start another P009 follow-up before returning to P008/Paperclip.
Recommended next priorities
- Start the Chapter 9 Paperclip contract migration: port OpenClaw role split, launch fields, supervision, GitHub, Telegram, and human-decision gates into concrete Paperclip agent instructions.
- Clean gsm.safety issue #28 body formatting and decide whether PR #29 should be handled as an agent follow-up after P004/P007 or pulled forward.
- Close or refresh P009 issues #36/#37 after Jeremy accepts the execution-first evidence, while carrying its liveness/watchdog contracts into Paperclip.
- Return to P004 Safety Histogram merge-readiness once the Paperclip supervision contracts can safely carry renderer work.
Project status and progress changes
- Hub reporting improved from a loose report list toward project-linked evidence routing.
- gsm.safety planning gained clearer public implementation notes for widget gallery screenshots and mixed QCThat/
testthattesting, but no merge-ready status changed. - P008 remains active / production-rollout planning; next progress depends on translating OpenClaw operating contracts into Paperclip agents.
- P009 remains ready-review and should be treated as a source of runner/supervision contracts.
- Public human ToDos did not change; the private Playwright/OpenClaw config ToDo remains unpublished.
